SISU Studio is a multidisciplinary creative collaboration and consulting studio specializing in screenwriting, screenplay coverage, film production support, sustainability coordination, audio production, and creative development.
We work with independent filmmakers, production teams, entrepreneurs, and artists to bring ambitious ideas from concept to completion with clarity, integrity, and purpose.
Founded by Jessica Niemi, the studio blends cinematic storytelling, production expertise, sustainability advocacy, and mythic creative development into a collaborative approach that honors both artistic vision and practical execution.

As the founder of SUSTAINAPPEAL & The SISU Studio, she brings together experience in screenwriting, script development, production, sustainability, and creative leadership to support stories that are emotionally resonant, culturally relevant, and visually compelling.

SISU is a Finnish word that represents a unique concept. It refers to extraordinary determination, resilience, courage, and grit in the face of adversity or challenging circumstances. The will to win at times when others would give up. It's a character trait, cultural mindset, spiritual force, and a call for personal responsibility to use our powers for good.
